Many companies claim their goal is to provide excellent customer service. We too could spend a great deal of time here outlining how wonderful we are. We could add that many of CCR’s customers have been with us since we started the company, or that our client retention rate is phenomenally high. But since any good marketing department can create a compelling message, you are still left with the difficult decision of who to choose to provide audio visual services for your event. So, why not turn to the people who have been in your shoes before? Who better than our clients to talk about how good our customer service is?
When I came on board in 2005, I had a relationship with another A/V provider but we had a two year contract with CCR. CCR won me over and I have been working with them ever since. They are very service oriented and will work with you on budget. By “work with”, I mean they are honest about costs and help where they can. I think what I appreciate most is that because we are an annual event, our contact, Carolyn Hilderbrand, brings a lot of the same crew each year to help provide consistency – so not only she knows our program and needs but so do her techs. It is very helpful for anticipating any issues onsite.
If you can’t tell, I’m a big fan – there are few vendors I recommend without qualification but CCR is one of them.
